Optic Marvel

We protect our skin with sunscreen, but what about our eyes?. Most of us are aware of the dangerous effects ultraviolet (UV) rays have on our skin, but few of us realize the danger imposed on our eyesAfter watching The Doctors episode about eyes I realized how the sun can cause serious damage in our eyes and we should take care of our eyes too by wearing good quality sunglasses.

I never leave my house or go outside during the day without my sunnies especially this summer season. Always have a perfect sunnies inside my bag.

Look for sunglasses that can block 100 percent of UV rays and that also absorb HEV rays. HEV meaning high energy visible, they penetrate deeply into the eye and can cause retinal damage.

What I'm wearing
White pullovers from urban where
Denim jeans from Ben Sherman
Bag from MSENSE
Shoes from Milanos
Sunnies from Pacific Blue

To protect as much of the delicate skin around your eyes as possible, try at least one pair of sunglasses with large lenses or a close-fitting wraparound style.

Decided to give my button down shirts and printed long sleeves a vacation and wore this pullover shirt instead. The graphic print on my shirt is so out of my style, hehe for the sake of trying new things.

This bag from MSENSE that can carry a lot of things like camera, notebooks, cellphone, hair styling wax etc.; speaking of hair styling wax, I'm currently using Grips hair clay fx  for that strong hold and matte effect also its easy to wash.

This type of frame really flatters my face structure, lakas maka pogi! hahahaha.

This cute little girl in a pink dress caught my attention. ^__^
