SM Men's fashion "Just Delivered jeans" year 4

"Thank you so so much Kim Nieves of Glitteringly yours for sending me these pictures at my email, I really appreciate it ♥ "

Daaaamn, every time I see these photos of this fashion show, I remember the dumbest moment/thing I did as a fashion blogger. In every event that I was invited, I always bring my camera with me to take photos of the event; photos are very important as a fashion blogger because this keeps your readers from reading your article up to the end.

It was raining real' hard and I was rushing prepping myself up for the event, I was afraid that I will be late and there will be no seats available for me even though the organizer said that each attendees has its own reserved seats, so I leaved my house at around 3:30 p.m and I was rushing putting my things in my bag that time (wallet, cellphone, camera, etc.), I arrived at the venue at exactly 4:20 p.m and I quickly get my camera from my bag, the moment I opened my dslr camera, there's this message that popped up in my camera's screen "PLEASE INSERT MEMORY CARD" and I was SHOOOCKED!! because with all the things that are not so important that should be forgotten on that day why my camera's memory card pa? (haha biglang nag conyo?). That incident quite changed my good mood into semi grumpy. So from now on, before I leave the house I will always check if my camera's memory card is inserted.

This is the craziest fashion show that I've been to so far!!, craziest not because of how gorgeous these male models are, crazy because of the screaming fans that watched this show. Gaaaaah! I think my ears are not functioning well after this event. All the fans were screaming at the top of their lungs and the attendees started standing and going near the runway just to shake the hands of these male models (fashion show etiquette please). I wish the organizers of this event organized the seating arrangement of the attendees and they should've separated the media, VIP and press from all the crazy fan girls and fan boys, because I/we can't focus on the show if you have a girl screaming at the top of her lungs beside you (constructive criticism).

Last Saturday, all the hottest male models here in the Philippines all walked down on the runway with the beats of DJ Samir Ayeb and DJ Jessica Milner. Hideo Muraoka, Fabio Ide, Rafael Do Prado, Daniel Matsunaga "to name a few" graced the catwalk last August 17, 2013 at SM NORTH EDSA'S SKYDOME  for a fashion show in celebration of SM Mens fashion year 4

Jeans are indeed a very important staple in every guy's wardrobe, it's like food we can't leave without it. Based on the answers of these male models (may Q&A portion kasi sa show and the event was hosted by Ms. Bianca Valerio), these models really know how to rock their jeans and how to make the most out of it.  What I love about wearing jeans because it's very versatile, you can wear it with everything and yet it looks good, pair it with a blazer and you get a casual to formal look, pair it with a nice fitting shirt and you get a casual look. Just be sure to pair it with the right pieces. Even though you're a type of guy who likes wearing classic jeans or a type of guy who likes to spread the good vibes every time you walked down the street in your colored jeans, you must know the right pieces to pair it with.

The fashion show showcased  SM Men’s Fashion “Just Delivered Jeans” different participating brands like Tank, V+Jeans, Von Dutch, Wrangler, Jag, Lee, Lee Cooper,Levi’s, Baleno, and CodeBlue highlighting denim fashion from July to September this year.

  1. I really don't understand why fashion shows in the Philippines have this extra Q&A programs or interviews right after. The shows should be all about the clothes and not the models and celebrities.

  5. Having your camera without the memory card just sucks! Been there, done that and learned form it. :)

The fashion show looks so fun and exciting. Foe me, it will be really hard to concentrate with the show, not just because of the loud screaming girls, but because of the hotness that was laid in front of me. lol!

  8. I agree that media people should be separated from the "common crowd" so that you can focus more on the show rather than the person beside you. ;)

Always double check your things next time. ;)

  9. as i've said to Kim's blog it would be coo to see pure pinoy hunks strutting the runway shirtless to actually be proud that we pure pinoys can do as foreign or half pinoys do in the run haha

  17. What I noticed about fashion shows in the Phils. is the interviews at the end of the show. I would just think that this is not just about fashion shows but promoting the models as well.

  21. Hubby's essential get up! However, with all the many brands and styles, we can't seem to decided sometimes which to get. However, can I get your opinion on this. Which brand and style do you think fits an active yet professional dad like my husband? Thanks.
