New discovery: Experience modern authentic cuisine at The Food Club Buffet Manila

The last time I did this kind of post was way way back 2012 and promised to myself, that will be the last food blog post that I'll ever post in this blog of mine, to maintain a strong niche. But I guess, promises are meant to be broken, and here I am again after 2 years, back with a food post, ready to entice you guys with these delicious meals and stunning food shots I took. I love taking food photos, not because I love the taste of it but because of the arrangements and the plating of it that is full of creativity and passion to it.

Last week, me and my fellow bloggers visited this fancy buffet around the metro, (located at the Blue Bay walk, Pasay City) that serves authentic and modern cuisine to foodie lovers. This is not your ordinary buffet that serves unlimited meals to their customers, the approach of buffet here in The Food Club Manila is different. The restaurant features four major kitchen stations, Asian kitchen station, Western kitchen station, Cold kitchen station and Dessert kitchen station. If you're a person who's into beautiful and innovative interiors, you'll definitely love this place as much as I do. The whole interior and ambiance of this place looks so fancy, it has that hotel vibe to it, unlike the other buffet restaurant that are just plainly boring. 

Aside from the fancy interiors, there are a lot of things why made me decide to come back again this coming weekends. Relaxing ambiance, friendly, helpful staff, the whole place is well organized and everything is in proper order. 


The long array of selections in the Asian kitchen station varies from Singaporean, Japanese, Thai, Mongolian, Vietnamese, Malaysian to Filipino cuisines which come with different action stations - Tempura section, and shabu shabu section. There is a separate Chinese section which features a wide array of authentic Chinese hot food cooked to perfection, a roasting section and dim sum section.



The Western Kitchen station showcases the finest cuisines of Europe and the Americas - including South American Cuisines, Mexican, Italian, Spanish and Medtiterranean cuisines which comes with different action stations as well - Western soup section, Pasta section, pizza section, and carving station. 



The Cold Kitchen station features a selection of freshly made salad, a create your own salad section, nachos and tacos section, cold cuts section, and sushi and sashimi sections. The crowds' favorite is the crustacean section, where they serve different types of seafood such as oysters, prawns and red crabs.

While the Dessert section (my favorite part!) consists of a lot of different kind of sweets. It felt like I was in heaven while choosing what to eat. It has halo-halo, kakanin, fresh fruits section, crepe section, ice cream section, cookies, cakes and pastry section and a candy corner. There is also a selection of homemade freshly baked bread and a generous selection of imported cheeses from around the world.
