The rainy season has already started here in my country, the only season where you can layer clothes without looking awkward and weird, fyi we only experience 2 seasons here in the Philippines ( rainy season and dry season) but mostly we experience the intense heat throughout the year. The weather today is really gloomy and cold and kinda' depressing, perfect time to wear this Badgley and Mischka jacket.
Last Saturday, I spent the whole day interacting with my readers, online friends and some new found friends (will definitely blog about that soon!) also I talked to some fashion bloggers who are blogging since 2004 or 2005 I think. Their perspective on fashion and blogging is really different from the bloggers that I'm usually with. Some became successful after years and years of hard work, but some are still finding their way on how they're going to penetrate the local market or how they're going to be noticed by the people here in my country. I feel really sad though for those bloggers who keeps on doing their best and yet, they're not credited well or given that much of attention. Their style, content, photography and write-up is really great, but those who are on top are still getting the praise and attention. That's why I have huge respect for bloggers who keeps on doing their best even though they're not getting paid or making money or don't have a lot of sponsors, cause at the end of the day, it's just you and your blog. And I'm very proud to be on that same situation. :)
